Are you motivated by customer satisfaction and interested in building a leadership career in a fast-paced operational environment? As an Operations Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured, hands, on training program designed to develop future leaders through real-world experience at our airport locations.
During the program, you’ll gain exposure to key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, while learning how to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and a consistently positive customer experience.
During the eight-week training program, you will rotate through core operational functions to build a strong foundation in airport operations. You will learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance.
After completing training, you will transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions. Responsibilities may include leading frontline teams, supporting fleet operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring service and safety standards are met.
You will receive ongoing mentorship and development support, with opportunities to advance into Operations Manager and future leadership roles within our organization.
The annual starting salary for this position is $50,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
