Salary: $50,000/yr + Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included)

Through our structured, hands-on program, you’ll immerse yourself in operations, mastering skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while leading teams. The program includes rotation through key operational areas such as Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

After completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management. Mentorship will support your development from Operations Manager to Area Vice President within our Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree OR an associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience
• Strong leadership capabilities, teamwork skills, positive attitude, and ability to make independent decisions
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Preferred Experience

• One year of experience providing high-quality customer service
