Job summary

Bright Light, a part of the Sevita family, provides center-based ABA services to individuals with Autism and related disabilities in Columbia, SC. We are seeking an experienced ABA Program Director to lead operations and ensure high-quality services in a mission-driven environment.

In this role you will collaborate with Area and Regional Directors, supervise staff, maintain regulatory compliance, grow census, and foster relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to support growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• BCBA Certification preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Other state-required training, certifications, education, and licensure.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Area and Regional Director to manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure quality of services delivered, and compliance with regulatory requirements, staff training, financial performance, and provide supervision to direct staff.
• Foster and maintain relationships with individuals served, families and guardians; implement satisfaction enhancement plans.
• Implement program growth strategy to maintain or increase census, maximize utilization and occupancy, and assist with new start development.
• Maintain relations with case managers and referral agents; advocate for individuals receiving support.
