Job summary

Sevita is seeking a qualified professional to lead behavioral health teams as a supervisor to ensure IBHS/ABA compliance and high-quality care for participants.

You’ll mentor staff, review documentation, participate in program development, and help with crisis procedures, recruitment, and training in a team-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human services required.
  • 1 year of experience providing mental health services to children.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect information from different sources.
  • Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee behavioral health technicians, behavioral consultants, and mobile therapists to ensure compliance with IBHS/ABA regulations and quality services.
  • Regularly review documentation to ensure program compliance with corporate and legal requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in meetings regarding program development, policies, and procedures as needed.
  • Assemble program statistics for reporting and provide documentation for billing and payroll.
  • Develop crisis intervention procedures, oversee Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, investigations, and internal evaluations.
  • Assist in overall program and staff management, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure development of comprehensive training for clinical staff, mentors, and participants and families.

  • Supervise and oversee behavioral health technicians, behavioral consultants, and mobile therapists to ensure compliance to IBHS/ABA regulatory requirements and quality services for clients, families and other caregivers; proactively address any client issues with respect to therapeutic services.
  • Regularly review documentation to ensure program compliance with all corporate and legal requirements and ensure adherence to accreditation standards within funder and state guidelines.
  • Participate in meetings regarding program development, policies, and procedures, etc. as needed.
  • Assemble program statistics for reporting as needed and provide necessary documentation for billing and mentor payroll.
  • May develop and implement crisis intervention emergency procedures, oversee or participate in Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, investigations, and internal evaluations.
  • Assist in the overall management of the program and staff as directed or in the absence of Program Director. May oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and reimbursement for staff as required or needed. support decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolve employee problems within position responsibilities.
  • Ensure development of comprehensive training for clinical staff, mentors, program participants, and their families as needed.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in human services; state license required (BCBA or Licensed behavioral consultant preferred)
  • 1 year experience providing mental health services to children
