The Building People is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Specialist / Senior with an active Secret Clearance for future opportunities in the Washington, DC area. This role focuses on maintaining building systems, ensuring facility readiness, and supporting transition of O&M services.

Ideal candidates will have experience in inspections, maintenance planning, and adherence to codes, with the ability to support preventive and predictive maintenance programs for DHS-related facilities.
