W.R. Case and Sons Cutlery Company in Bradford, PA is seeking an on-site Operations Support role focused on shipping, production coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

This office hourly position requires precise tracking of orders and proactive communication with planning, scheduling, and IT to keep throughput smooth. You will monitor inventory levels, assist in resolving picklist or system errors, and back up the Operations Support Manager.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain management, shipping, production, and/or sales administration required.
• Proficiency in using Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

Mansioni

• Monitor inventory levels and allocate product to meet orders and shipping priorities.
• Track data and communicates shipping-related issues to management and the shipping team for resolution.
• Provide support to shipping department as needed to correct picklist/system errors.
• Monitor and ensure orders issued to shipping are on track to meet Company goals.
• Responsible for completing various customer requests related to manipulation/shipment of product.
• Monitor production schedules and communicates issues that could affect on-time delivery and shipment targets.
• Assist in coordinating information between customer, scheduling, art department, credit, and factory floor to move new orders through the process to be scheduled and shipped.
• Monitor finished goods due dates on past-due product and work with planning to minimize late orders.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Act as a bridge between different departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Work with sales administration team to coordinate order-related issues, including product availability and delivery updates.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights and updates on operations-related matters.
