Job summary

W.R. Case is seeking an on-site Operations Support professional in Bradford, PA, to monitor inventory, allocate products, and ensure orders meet shipping priorities. The role supports production schedules and collaborates with sales, planning, and IT to move orders efficiently.

Responsibilities include handling shipping issues, maintaining throughput, and backing up the Operations Support Manager. Strong Excel/ERP/data tools proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, supply chain management, shipping, production, and/or sales administration functions required.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and allocate product to meet orders and shipping priorities.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate issues that could affect on-time delivery and shipment targets.
• Act as a bridge between departments and coordinate order-related issues, including product availability and delivery updates.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste; monitor system issues affecting allocations/printing.
• Provide back-up support to Operations Support Manager and assist in training new staff as needed.
• Monitor finished goods due dates and proactively work to minimize late orders.
