Job summary

Wardstone is seeking an Operations/Logistics professional to manage purchasing, inventory, and facility operations. You will place orders, track deliveries, receive and ship hardware, and supervise shop supplies to keep engineers focused on build campaigns.

You will coordinate test logistics, arrange travel and equipment, ensure ITAR and security procedures are followed, and support onboarding for new hires. This role reports to the Head of Business Operations and is based in El Segundo, CA.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Clear, responsive communication with vendors and teammates.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and purchasing or inventory tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR and eligible for a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Place and track purchase orders for parts, materials, tools, and services.
• Receive, inspect, and route shipments to the appropriate teams; manage inventory and shop supplies.
• Plan and coordinate test logistics, including shipping hardware and equipment; coordinate with test ranges and facilities.
• Manage facility needs, onboarding for new hires, and ITAR/security procedures.
