Job summary

Citi in San Antonio, Texas, seeks an Ops Support Specialist 5 to provide day‑to‑day operations support aligned with Citi’s infrastructure. You’ll document records, open accounts with the Core Team, and liaise among operations staff, relationship managers, and clients.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong analytic and communication skills, and flexibility to support occasional weekend Pega releases and related COB testing. Full‑time position with Citi benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Dispute process.
• Ability to work unsupervised and apply problem solve capabilities.
• Ability to work occasional weekends to support Pega releases and COB testing.
• Working knowledge of Pega and/or G36 functionality, CoB testing, and TRUST Receipts.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues, providing efficient and effective customer service to Citi’s clients.
• Identify opportunities to offer value added products and services while adhering to laws and regulation governing telesales.
• Communicate daily with management on productivity, quality, MIS indicators, and provide written/oral communications for approval of correct financial entries.
• Facilitate training based on staff needs within the department and assist with answering staff questions.
• Support a diverse array of products and services and assist with Lean and process improvement projects.
• Resolve complex problems based on best practice, escalating as needed and assess risk with transparency.
