Job summary

Loomis US is seeking a detail‑oriented team member in Oklahoma City to support ATM balancing, outage reconciliation, and ICOM reporting across departments. You will work with Operations, Vault, CMS, LPM, and branches to identify issues and report findings, with safety training and new hire orientation included.

Responsibilities include reconciling CMS/Vault/Sofi paperwork, assisting with reports, and communicating with route personnel to minimize outages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile reports using management and customer spreadsheets.
• Reconcile outages with CMS/Vault/Sofi documentation.
• Collaborate with CMS Supervisor and Operations to minimize exposures.
• Coordinate with route personnel on ATM balancing.
• Manage ICOM process and provide backup as needed.
• Address customer calls regarding balancing, outages, ICOM, and vault audits.
