Job summary

Responsibilities

• Hires/supervises various operational sub-departments.
• Coordinates monthly work schedules.
• Oversees personnel development, including evaluations and training plans.
• Develops, analyzes, and reinforces appropriate sub-department policies.
• Conducts monthly staff meetings and helps manage sub-committees.
• Budgets for various operational sub-departments.
• Maintains safe workplace actions/conditions for self and co-workers.
• Leads continuous improvement efforts while applying lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste.
