Job summary

SwiftX is seeking motivated Management Trainees for a one-year Operations Leadership Program in Corona, CA. Trainees will rotate through Warehouse Learning, Hub Operations, and Transportation Support while gaining hands-on exposure to data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Upon completing the rotations, participants transition into leadership-track roles. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and bilingual English/ Mandarin; strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected to graduate soon.
• Preferred majors: Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and foundational operations training.
• Learn warehouse processes, SOPs and safety requirements across multiple locations.
• Rotate through warehouse, hub, and transportation functions.
• Participate in data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead projects during final months and support leadership development.
