WebstaurantStore is seeking an Operations Leadership Trainee in Baytown, TX to gain broad exposure to inbound through outbound operations and prepare for a managerial role in our Distribution Center upon program completion.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing associates, driving efficiency, and achieving daily to monthly goals in a fast-paced distribution environment in Baytown. W-2 employment; H-1B sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a proven supervisory or management role.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage up to 20 Associates.
• Develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality.
• Meet department’s daily, weekly, and monthly goals of the distribution center.
• Achieve high performance standards while coaching, training, and developing employees on best practices of our business.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment which is always adapting to better serve our customers.
• Analyze opportunities for growth, cutting costs, reducing damages, and improving efficiencies.
• Continually improving productivity targets and process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
