Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in Minnesota. This 16-week training path builds hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities to prepare you for a future General Manager role.

You’ll work closely with an experienced GM, drive an unforgettable customer experience, and grow through hands-on challenges, mentorship, and a fast-paced, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience—at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead team members to balance speed, quality, and teamwork on every shift.
• Promote products and memberships to grow sales and loyalty.
• Receive mentorship and develop leadership skills during the 16-week program.
