Hulcher Services is seeking an Assistant Division Manager Trainee in the Tulsa area. This role targets individuals with a Class A CDL, heavy equipment experience, and leadership potential to advance into operations management while learning from experienced Division Managers.

You will supervise crews, ensure safety, and participate in budgeting, scheduling, and customer coordination on a full-time, travel-heavy path with strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum one year of heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, crew lead, military, or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilités

• Assist in supervising field crews during railroad, industrial, and emergency response operations.
• Lead crews safely at job sites and within the division facility.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Assign daily work activities and monitor crew productivity.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees through hands-on leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Help ensure equipment and facilities remain operational and ready for deployment.
• Partner with Division leadership to meet customer schedules and operational objectives.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Learn budgeting, planning, scheduling, and overall division management responsibilities.
