Responsibilities

• Learn the basic principles of the transportation industry and cross-dock operations.
• Observe and accompany an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
• Shadow drivers on local delivery routes to understand the freight delivery process.
• Complete the 16-week leadership training program under mentorship and interface with centers daily.
