Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation or Logistics or at least 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.

• Good computer skills and strong work ethic are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn the basic principles of the transportation industry, efficient cross‑dock operations, and leadership communication.
• Complete the leadership training program through guided, independent study.
• Interface with Support Center and Service Center associates daily.
• Accompany an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
• Occasionally accompany drivers on local delivery routes to understand the freight delivery process.
