Job summary

Legrand is seeking an Operations Leadership Development Program Associate in West Hartford, CT. The role focuses on developing future leaders by rotating through technical, supervisory, and project-driven assignments across multiple sites to drive high performance in operations.

Responsibilities include participating in Lean manufacturing, process improvements, quality control, and cross-functional initiatives. Travel domestically and internationally may be required as projects advance.

Qualifications

• A BS degree in Engineering with Mechanical/Manufacturing/Chemical/Industrial emphasis preferred.
• Internship/co-op/related research in engineering or manufacturing.
• Proven leadership aptitude and teamwork skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences on projects that drive high operations performance.
• Rotate through technical, supervisory, and project-driven positions across 12-month assignments at a site.
• Design and implement process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Interact with factory workers, engineers, and supervisors daily and report to site leaders.
• Present project results to senior leadership and sponsor.
