Job summary

Legrand is offering an Operations Leadership Development Program Associate role designed to build leaders in manufacturing through hands-on rotations across technical, supervisory, and project-driven assignments. You will design, implement, and lead process improvements while engaging with factory teams and senior leadership.

The program emphasizes leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to multiple Legrand units.

Qualifications

BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Industrial) or similar technical field preferred.
Proven leadership potential and the ability to drive projects in a manufacturing setting.
Experience collaborating in teams and driving continuous improvement.
Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

Develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences and project leadership in Operations.
Rotate through technical, supervisory, and project-driven positions across 12-month assignments at locations.
Design and implement process improvements with teams on productivity, lean, quality, or startup projects.
Interact daily with factory workers, engineers, supervisors, and planners.
Present project results to Legrand North America senior leadership and sponsor contacts.
