Job summary

Legrand operates an Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) Associate role in multiple locations, including Concord, NC. The program trains future leaders by rotating through technical, supervisory, and project assignments, driving Lean initiatives, process improvements, and strong teamwork across manufacturing functions.

Participants will interact with factory personnel and senior leaders, contribute to key metrics, and relocate as needed to gain broad operational exposure.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Internship or co-op experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience with continuous improvement processes.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences leading projects.
• Rotate through technical, supervisory, and project positions in Operations.
• Design and implement process improvements and lead teams on projects.
• Present project results to senior leadership and site sponsor.
