• Experience in leadership roles in academic, professional or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in operations and business development curriculum within assigned areas.
• Engage in Process Analysis, Lean Six Sigma and Agile projects.
• Work with data/analytics using industry tools and AI platforms to support decisions.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, underwriting, and product teams as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
