Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities on the shop floor while upholding safety, quality, and operations standards.
• Execute and sustain 6S initiatives across production areas.
• Conduct process, quality and performance audits to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor key metrics like scrap, first-pass yield, throughput, and OEE to guide improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations on continuous improvement projects.
• Assist RCCA for quality and production issues and ensure compliance with AS9100 practices.
