Job summary

Philips Operations in the United States offers a challenging 18‑month rotation program across Operations and Supply Chain, consisting of three nine‑month assignments and cross‑functional project leadership.

You will diagram and evaluate processes, measure performance, collect data for root causes, develop business cases, and prepare executive‑level reporting, while building relationships with middle to executive management.

Qualifications

• MBA required; upcoming graduate, with concentration in operations preferred.
• Background in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar.
• 3+ years business experience.
• Knowledge of medical products and markets is a plus.

Requirements

• Structured, process and result oriented way of working
• Project management experience is a plus
• Ability to build and manage relationships, partners and networks within the organization
• Ability to assume responsibility for tasks without prompting or direction
• Comfortable interacting with middle, senior and executive management
• Must successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
• US work authorization is required

• Must reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville, PA; Nashville, TN; or Cambridge, MA
