Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking an Operations Manager to lead one of our Operating Units, with full P&L responsibility. The role involves managing an infrastructure team of division-level managers across operations, maintenance, sales, and finance to support total operation.

The ideal candidate will drive the local market strategy, implement tactical initiatives for efficiency and profitability, and lead change management to sustain new processes. Limited travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering or Business.
• Master's Degree, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes plans to support strategic operating plan and profitability.
• Drive sales efforts with Market Manager to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, environmental, and ethics compliance across operations.
• Lead large staff and talent development; manage multiple sites/transfer stations.
