Job summary

hummel North America in Grafton, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and print production operations. Reporting to the Director of Distribution, you will drive daily execution and develop supervisors and associates to fulfill orders safely, accurately, and on time.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of operations leadership experience in warehousing or apparel production, strong KPIs, and a collaborative, process-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of operations leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, or apparel production.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC).
• Strong ability to develop supervisors and hourly team members.
• Proven track record of achieving on-time shipping and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and print production operations to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Provide leadership to 2–3 salaried supervisors and coaching to associates.
• Spend most of the day on the floor coaching, removing obstacles, and ensuring safe operations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing and other departments to ensure excellent execution.
