Avis Budget Group in Denver, CO is launching the Operational Strength Program as a full-time Trainee to develop into an Operations Manager. You will rotate through operations, customer service, logistics, and team leadership, gaining hands-on experience across functions.

The program includes mentorship from senior leaders, structured training, and real-world immersion. You must be willing to relocate nationwide after eight weeks of training; a company car and comprehensive benefits are provided

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree OR 4 years of military service.
• Willing to relocate anywhere nationwide.
• Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Experience as a team member or leader.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership potential and resilience.
• On-site presence; role not remote.
• Experience in high-quality customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities
