Avis Budget Group invites you to join the Operational Strength Program as a Trainee. This 12-month, full-time program blends hands-on operations training with mentorship, designed to accelerate your journey to an Operations Manager role.

You’ll rotate across operations, customer service, logistics and team leadership, gaining real-world experience and structured learning. Relocation to nationwide locations is required after training, as part of career progression.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree or 4 years military service required.
• Willingness to relocate nationwide.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in teams or leadership roles (sports, clubs, military, etc.).
• Able to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Join as Trainee in the Operational Strength Program and begin path to Operations Manager.
• Rotate through key operations functions with mentorship from leaders.
• Develop leadership and operational skills through hands-on experience.
