American Signal Equipment, part of the Helix Traffic Solutions network, seeks an Operations Manager to lead branch operations, guide managers, and ensure project delivery. You will build client relationships, coordinate labor and equipment, and drive policy compliance across sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on construction management, quality control, and cross-branch collaboration to support safe, reliable traffic infrastructure nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must have previously been a Branch Manager and/or possess managerial experience in Traffic Control and Permanent Sign Installation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead branch managers in operations of American Signal Equipment.
• Build client relationships and develop strategies related to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate labor and equipment logistics between branches.
• Serve as a hands-on role in construction management including project completion by deadlines.
• Ensure quality compliance.
• Facilitate discussions and problem solving at branch and corporate level.
• Bidding projects and managing finance reports.
