Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a high‑volume full‑service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and coach teams to achieve objectives.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and solid restaurant operations knowledge.
• Tech‑savvy with willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Post‑offer background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1–2 areas of venue operations including service, bar, reception, game & tech.
• Participate in hiring, training, and developing hourly associates.
• Create, maintain and update associate schedules using weekly and daily forecasts.
• Lead pre‑shift meetings and provide coaching and direction to hourly staff.
• Drive accountability and consistency through constructive feedback.
• Manage guest service issues with a guest‑centric mindset.
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and food safety.
