Qualifications

• Meaningful leadership and/or operations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, create accountability, improve systems and processes, and take ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular team accountability and performance meetings.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Reinforce expectations, standards, and responsibilities across the team.
