Job Title: Operations Leader and Team Lead

Pay: $68,000-$70,000 starting salary, depending on experience

Help Shape the Future of Our Practice! Lenahan Chiropractic is growing, and we're looking for an Operations Leader and Team Lead who can support the ongoing growth and success of our practice, help elevate our team, strengthen operational processes, and increase accountability.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the Clinic Director to build systems that reduce reliance on any one individual by improving operational efficiency and strengthening the practice. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys creating structure, solving challenges, helping others reach their potential, and strengthening the systems that support organizational growth.

Operations Leader and Team Lead Qualifications

• Meaningful leadership and/ou​r operations experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, create accountability, improve systems and processes, and take ownership of outcomes

• 2–3 years of relevant leadership or management experience
