Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in operational leadership overseeing distribution, warehouse, labor, project and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Operations in developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve goals.
• Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient resources.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Lead process improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Support management of operating budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Support training and development of operational staff and ensure compliance.
• Ensure conformance with all policies, regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
