Qualifications

• Experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• Experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities and overseeing daily store operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate customer flow and adjust schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Plan for spikes in sales and maintain in-stock position to support demand.
• Conduct safety walks and coach associates on safe practices.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional service and store conditions while meeting sales and margin goals.
• Collaborate with store leadership, District Manager, and Area staff to meet service, sales, and operations targets.
