CareBuilders at Home in Kingston, PA seeks an Operations Manager to serve as second-in-command to the Office Director. This role leads staffing, recruiting, caregiver engagement, and service coordination while partnering on growth and strategy.

You will mentor teams, manage performance, and build relationships with clients, families, and referral partners to strengthen the agency's presence in the community and ensure high-quality, consistent care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, client services, or service operations.
• Experience in leadership, supervisory, or management roles preferred.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, or retaining employees is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Director’s primary operational support and second-in-command.
• Assist with daily management and overall performance of the office.
• Lead staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and caregiver retention initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics: staffing, missed visits, client satisfaction, and service hours.
• Collaborate on strategic planning, business development, and growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, state regulations, and quality standards.
