Job summary

CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations for our Greensburg, PA branch. The DOO will oversee daily operations, drive performance, recruit staff, and coordinate scheduling while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care for clients.

You will lead the branch team, work with HR and care coordinators, and maintain strong relationships with clients and families to deliver exceptional service in a on-site, Monday–Friday environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to ethical standards and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and optimize performance.
