Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in operations management in manufacturing/production environments.
• Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and workflow optimization.

• Customer service experience with the ability to handle escalated issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set and track goals for sales and production to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee production across departments (screen printing, embroidery, heat press, artwork, and sales).
• Coordinate between sales and art departments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Schedule based on workload and available resources; balance workloads across teams.
• Train, mentor, and guide new employees to build strong work habits.
• Implement quality control procedures to minimize errors and rework.
• Address customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to boost productivity.
