Job summary

Mammoet is seeking an Operations Manager in Rosharon, TX to lead and develop the operations function with a strong safety culture and focus on operational excellence. The role emphasizes resource planning, people management, and budget adherence to meet customer expectations and business plans.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, implementing execution plans, coordinating mobilization of personnel and resources, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or another relevant technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of broad and relevant industry experience, preferably within heavy lifting, transportation, construction, civil engineering, oil and gas, offshore, ports, mining, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience in an operations management or comparable leadership role.
• Experience managing operational personnel, equipment, projects, and resources.
• Strong understanding of HLT (Heavy Lifting & Transportation) equipment and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement practical execution plans for projects and activities.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel and resources.
• Optimize utilization of personnel, equipment, and fleet resources.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to planners, supervisors, and other operational personnel.
• Lead, motivate, develop, and support operational teams in line with Mammoet policies.
