Responsibilities

Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties and monitor performance.
Monitor productivity by reviewing business reports and data.
Identify and resolve associate, customer, or supplier concerns with guidance.
Implement the business plan for the assigned area and manage staffing and scheduling.
Liaise with vendors, resolve routine issues, and participate in supplier selection.
Document budgets and provide variance explanations for planned vs. actual expenses.
