Responsibilities

• Analyze data, identify root causes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Coach and develop associates and leaders, including hiring, promotion, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while implementing process improvements.
