Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to oversee all operations within a defined market and product line for a global technology client in the building automation and industrial technology sector. You will direct multiple managers to hit business goals and drive overall P&L performance.

Responsibilities include staffing planning, continuous process improvement, and delivering high-quality customer service while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of study preferred: Operations Management, Business, Civil/Mechanical engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line
• Provide direction and oversight to managers to achieve business objectives
• Support the region in achieving overall P&L targets
• Develop staffing plans and manage personnel
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and provide quality customer service

Education

Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience

Master's degree preferred
