Job summary

Quality Talent Group assists a global technology leader in the building automation and industrial tech sector in recruiting for an operations executive. The role oversees managers to ensure objectives are met and supports regional P&L targets by optimizing processes and costs.

The position involves budgeting, financial reviews, and fostering a safety- and environment-conscious culture across facilities. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience required; master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Must adhere to safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Ensures the operations achieve business objectives by providing direction and oversight to managers
• Supports the region in achieving overall P&L targets by identifying opportunities for improvement
• Participates in the preparation of operating budgets
• Conducts operations reviews to assess all cost drivers that impact financials
• Creates and enforces a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
