Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a results-driven senior operations leader for a global technology client with 100+ years in the building automation and industrial tech sector. The role oversees market and product-line operations, driving performance and customer service excellence.

You will provide direction to managers, shape staffing plans, and contribute to achieving regional P&L targets while ensuring high standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of required work experience.
• Microsoft Office and SAP technical skills.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study Preferred: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or other related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Provide direction and oversight to managers to achieve business objectives.
• Support the region in achieving overall P&L targets.
• Develop staffing plans and manage personnel.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and provide quality customer service.
