Responsibilities

Lead operations to achieve safety, service, quality, and financial objectives.
Manage profit & loss (P&L), budgeting, and forecasting for the business unit.
Identify and address operational issues promptly.
Support team collaboration, fostering a strong performance-driven culture.
Monitor, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics to senior leadership.
Accountable for overseeing inventory management, implementing inventory control measures, and supervising warehouse staff
Provide facility management support as needed.
Provide operational support as needed.
