Job summary

Footballco is seeking a Business Operations Lead to run and scale the operational engine behind our consumer ventures and growth in merchandise and e‑commerce. You will translate creative ambitions into repeatable systems, manage budgets and partner networks, and own the end‑to‑end operations from production to fulfillment.

You will collaborate with leadership to build processes, forecast demand, and drive efficiency across partnerships, vendors, and teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, merchandise operations, direct‑to‑consumer business, supply chain, e‑commerce, or consumer products.
• Experience taking ownership of an operational function, managing external partners, and delivering projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating and implementing processes, planning tools, or reporting that improved how a business operates.
• Experience running day‑to‑day operations or building the teams, processes, and partner networks behind a direct‑to‑consumer, merchandise, ecommerce, or consumer products business.

Responsibilities

• Build the operational foundation with processes, planning tools, and workflows to run and scale the business.
• Manage cross‑functional projects and product launches with timelines and stakeholders.
• Oversee production, supply chain, and fulfillment with external vendors and partners.
• Forecast demand, plan reorders, and balance inventory with cash needs.
• Maintain budgets, product‑level P&Ls, and vendor spend with leadership and finance.
• Ensure product information and fulfillment processes support reliable launches and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiency across partnerships and products.
