Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 1 year in operations/logistics/retail with supervision experience OR
• 3 years' experience in operations/logistics/retail with supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet demands and prepare/analyze business reports for operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with Logistics, quality and safety standards; develop and maintain procedures.
