• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement the business plan and manage staffing.
• Monitor and manage productivity and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, and provide feedback.
• Identify associates and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
