Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement the business plan for area of responsibility.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing and reviewing business reports and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and train associates on Logistics policies and safety standards.
