Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans, staffing models, and workflows for reliable operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across project sites, ensuring uptime, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure readiness and minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, SOPs, validation protocols, and performance standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, operating expenses, and service contracts; track costs.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining relationships and service levels.
• Enforce quality systems, regulatory compliance, and safety programs through audits.
• Lead and develop operations staff; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
