Crenlo Engineered Cabs is seeking an Operations leader to plan and organize manufacturing execution, drive lean improvements, and meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will lead cross-functional teams, deploy strategy, and develop capacity plans to satisfy customer demand.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations/Engineering and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, with strong proficiency in Lean, ERP (Oracle EBS), and MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or Engineering required; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations including personnel management and lean manufacturing exposure.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP solutions; Oracle EBS experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organize execution of operations and manufacturing support functions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive strategy deployment with breakthrough objectives and action plans.
• Conduct productive Gemba walks and enable problem-solving to remove obstacles.
• Plan labor and drive cost reduction to meet performance targets.
• Develop capacity plans to meet customer demand and ensure on-time shipment.
