BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader in Columbus, Ohio to oversee daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will work with the General Manager to lead a high-performing team, manage scheduling, inventory, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Two years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes for smooth operations.
• Uphold company policies, health and safety standards.
• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist in training and developing team members to reach potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
